On the complex you’ll find an outdoor fitness area and a shared swimming pool and children’s pool, perfect for sunshine and relaxation. The surrounding area has several supermarkets and restaurants. Cities like Cartagena and Murcia are also easily reachable by car.
The apartment is bright and modernly furnished, with 1 bedroom featuring a new, wide bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a comfortable sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) in the living room, including a soft topper — ideal for 2 extra guests. The bathroom has both a bath and a rain shower, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day in the sun or on the course. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can cook and breakfast with ease.
There is also a smart TV with Netflix, fast WiFi, air conditioning (heating and cooling), keyless entry and a hairdryer with diffuser. Use of the swimming pool is included at no extra cost, and bath towels are provided. From the corner balcony you look out over the pool and the children’s playground.
